On Wednesday, August 31, 2022, Jim Martin visited historic Santa Fe, New Mexico where he presented the Stars and Stripes City Proclamation to Santa Fe which was accepted by Mayor Alan Webber, a St. Louis native and Cardinal fan. He then traveled to the New Mexico Veterans Memorial in Albuquerque. There he met with Robert “Top” Mattison, Vice President of the New Mexico Veterans Memorial Board of Directors; Thomas Tozier, Albuquerque Mayor Tim Keller’s Liaison and Coordinator for Veterans Affairs; and his 3-year-old daughter. He presented them with the Stars and Stripes City Proclamation for Albuquerque.
